Tasmania’s cool climate provides the ideal conditions for premium sparkling wine production. Radenti is made by the traditional champagne method and is a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir.

Maturation on lees in the bottle for a minimum of three years adds the extra creamy texture and layers of flavour found in good champagne. The wine is a complex full-flavoured style with fine persistent bubbles and a long ‘moreish’ finish.
