The original Rocks Brewing beer, released in 2008, The Boxer is a traditional-style Irish Red Ale that pours with a deep red hue. The use of crystal and chocolate malts from the UK creates a soft, caramel flavour profile, giving a hit of chocolate and caramel on the nose as well. The malt focus of the brew is bolstered by the addition of ale malt, creating an easy-drinking brew that is perfect for every season.
